“After 16 months the house still wasn't complete... we closed with a 40+item punch list outstanding. We had to close to keep our interest rate. Had to beg to get the items addressed deapite not moving in for a month and giving them key box access to finish. Gave up on many of the items. It's a job to keep up with getting Drees to address issues under warranty.”
